Public offer for advertising placement

This document is a public offer by the sole proprietor Andrey Vadimovich Burlaka (hereinafter the “Contractor”; TIN 665897286515, OGRNIP 325665800169873) and contains all the essential terms for providing advertising placement services in the Trely ecosystem. The offer is accepted by paying for an order on the page trely.io/en/reklama. The person who paid for the order is hereinafter the “Customer”.

1. Subject

1.1. The Contractor places the Customer's advertising materials on Trely ecosystem platforms: Trely's Telegram channels, chats, mini apps and social networks.

1.2. The list of platforms, formats, scope of placement and prices are set out in the price list on the page trely.io/en/reklama and apply as at the time the order is placed.

2. Placing an order and payment

2.1. The Customer selects the platforms and scope of placement, provides company details, a contact and an email address, and then pays for the order.

2.2. The order price is calculated automatically from the price list and shown before payment. The amounts shown include all applicable taxes and fees.

2.3. Payment is made by bank card: with a Russian card — in roubles via JSC “TBank”; with Visa or Mastercard — in US dollars via Stripe. When paying in dollars, conversion into the card currency is made at the issuing bank's rate at the time of the charge. Card details are entered on the payment service's secure page; the Contractor does not receive or store them.

2.4. The receipt is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

3. Timing and placement procedure

3.1. The start date specified by the Customer when ordering is a preference. After payment, the Contractor contacts the Customer via the contact provided to agree the placement date and advertising materials.

3.2. If the preferred date is taken, the Contractor offers the nearest available date. If it does not suit the Customer, the Contractor refunds the payment in full.

3.3. The service is deemed rendered when the advertising material is published on the selected platform.

4. Advertising materials

4.1. The Customer warrants that the advertised goods and services and the advertising materials comply with the law, including the Federal Law “On Advertising”, and that the Customer holds the rights to use the materials.

4.2. The Contractor may refuse to place materials that violate the law or the platform's rules. In that case, unless the parties agree on replacement materials, the Contractor refunds the payment in full.

4.3. Advertising labelling and reporting are carried out as required by law. The parties provide each other with the information needed for this.

5. Refunds

5.1. Before the advertising material is published, the Customer may cancel the order by sending a request to the contacts in section 7. The payment is refunded minus the expenses actually incurred by the Contractor.

5.2. Once the advertising material is published, the service is deemed rendered and its payment is not refundable.

5.3. Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 10 days of receiving the request. The time for funds to reach the card depends on the Customer's bank. A refund receipt is sent to the Customer's email.

6. Personal data

By paying for the order, the Customer consents to the processing of the personal data provided when ordering, for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
